1.2. By enrolling in any course, students agree to abide by these terms.
2.1. Admission is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.
2.2. The institute reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
2.3. Students must provide valid ID proof and necessary documents for admission.
3.1. Fees must be paid in full or in installments as per the institute's payment policy.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by management.
3.3. Late payment of fees may result in penalties or suspension from classes.
4.1. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to qualify for certification.
4.2. Misconduct, including cheating, harassment, or disruption, may lead to suspension or expulsion.
4.3. Use of mobile phones during class is prohibited unless permitted by the instructor.
5.1. Study material provided by the institute is for personal use only and must not be shared or copied.
5.2. Certificates will only be awarded upon successful course completion and clearance of dues.
6.1. If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must inform the institute in writing.
6.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15-30 days after approval.
7.1. The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings on the premises.
7.2. The institute does not guarantee job placements but provides assistance where possible.
8.1. ABTech Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated to students via official channels.
